Terms and Conditions for Collaborating with Jugadu Monkey

By collaborating with Jugadu Monkey, you (the influencer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   
   • You must be an Indian citizen.
   • You must be 18 years of age or older.
   • You must have a minimum of 5,000 followers on your Instagram profile with a high engagement rate.
2. Content Creation:
   
   • You’ll be paid Rs.500-Rs.700 for creating and collaborating for 1 reel. You are required to create a reel on Instagram to promote the Jugadu Monkey Telegram channel. Click here to visit our Channel
   • In the reel, you must mention the need to subscribe to the Jugadu Monkey Telegram channel.
   • You are prohibited to give any unauthorized discounts or make any false promises on behalf of Jugadu Monkey.
   • You are prohibited from using abusive language, political agenda, discrimination against any caste and religion.
   • The reel can be in any language; however, we prefer Hindi or English.
   • You can’t delete the reel from your profile without our permission. The reel will be permanent on your profile.
   • You must display the Telegram channel link in the post caption along with our channel name and also in your bio.
3. Provided Materials:
   
   • We will provide you with the Jugadu Monkey logo and the Telegram channel link for the promotion.
   • You must use these materials as part of the promotional content. No other assets will be provided.
4. Payment Terms:
   
   • Payment will be made only after 24 hours you invite us for collaboration and the reel is uploaded on Instagram.
   • Payments will be made through Google Pay (GPay) only.
   • You must send your QR code or UPI ID for payment processing.
   • We are not responsible for any wrong UPI ID or QR code sent from your side. Please double-check the spelling of your UPI ID. No further complaints will be tolerated once the payment is done from our side.
   • Payments will be processed only once the above conditions are fulfilled.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   
   • All communication regarding the collaboration must be done via direct message (DM) on Instagram or through our official email id hellothere@trendwired.fyi
   • By agreeing to collaborate, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept these terms.
6. Right to Refuse:
   
   • We reserve the right to refuse any influencer who does not meet the above eligibility criteria or fails to comply with the content requirements.
7. Modification of Terms:
   
   • Jugadu Monkey reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and all changes will be communicated to the influencer.

By participating in this collaboration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
